I've spent more than 25 years working across corporate, SMEs and founder-led businesses. I've seen the same thing repeatedly: good people, good businesses and real opportunity can still be held back by the way the business operates.

But I don't just want to understand your business, I care about what happens to it.

When I work with a company, I approach it as though it were my own. I think about the decisions I'd make if it were my money, my people and my reputation on the line. I'm constantly looking for ways to make the business work better, remove unnecessary cost and get more from the people, systems and resources already there.

I help leaders see what they might be missing, fix what is getting in the way and create the conditions for their company to grow.
